Toffee Time

Learn to make two kinds of toffee, including that delicious almond and chocolate toffee that is often shared during the holidays, as well as "honeycomb" toffee. We will discuss some of the science behind toffee/candy making, and you will make a batch of toffee to take home (along with a candy thermometer).
