Strong nonprofits are built on trust, transparency, and accountability. This practical, self-paced course helps nonprofit professionals, board members, and staff strengthen ethical decision-making, understand fraud risks, and ensure compliance with key regulations. Through five focused modules, participants will explore ethical responsibilities unique to nonprofit work, identify common types of fraud and misconduct, and gain a clear understanding of federal funding compliance basics. The course also provides guidance for recognizing red flags, strengthening internal controls, and responding appropriately when concerns arise.

By the end of the course, participants will feel more confident in their ability to safeguard their organization’s mission, reduce risk, and lead with integrity in day-to-day operations.
