Photographing the Wonders of Wetlands

Discover the beauty and biodiversity of Nevada’s wetlands through your camera lens! In collaboration with Truckee Meadows Community College and the Nevada Land Trust, this photography workshop with Mark Vollmer explores the fascinating winter life of the Washoe County Regional Parks and Open Space system Swan Lake Nature Study Area. Learn techniques to capture the light, textures, and movement of wildlife and landscapes during a classroom session and guided field shoot. All camera types and experience levels welcome.
