CourseGraphic Enjoy preparing and tasting traditional foods that nourished Native Americans for centuries in the Great Basin. With a Shoshone-Paiute tribe member as your guide, discover which natural foods are edible, which are medicinal and how harvesting and hunting are central to Native American spiritual life. Learn to cook roasted quail with wild onions and raspberry chipotle sauce, berry fry bread and juniper tea, then savor your creations.
