These gentle movements are exceptionally helpful with improving immune function, releasing stress, unwinding tension in the back, neck and shoulders, increasing circulation and energy levels, and enhancing balance and coordination. Implemented in hospitals throughout China, this practice can be adapted for those who are injured or unable to stand. Even people with chronic conditions can benefit.
