CourseGraphic Play a key role in making a patient’s healthcare experience a positive one. In this 90-hour program, benefit from learning a comprehensive approach as a front-line registration employee who works effectively with patients. Understand how to implement patient identification practices to maintain their safety, reduce insurance denials through accurate data collection, communicate with patients about their financial responsibility, and measure performance, safety and accuracy related to the future of an organization. Find out how to best comply with HIPAA and insurance verification and benefit coordination. Upon successful completion of this program, you can take the exam from the National Association of Healthcare Access Management. When you pass this exam, you will earn the credential Certified Healthcare Access Associate.

Please read:  There are 3 required SATURDAY classes: June 20, July 11, and August 1, 2020. All Saturday classes meet 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Please bring your lunch on those days as there are no food services on campus
