CourseGraphic Learn how to cook healthy and light Northern Italian dishes. Create first courses of risotto and meatless lasagna, then second courses of Baccala Vicenza-style and Brasato with Nebbiolo wine. For the dessert course, concoct a traditional Treviso-style tiramisu. Savor the perfect accent to those dishes with a popular aperitif-like spritz based on Prosecco. $15 materials fee
