ClassGraphic Stretch and lengthen muscles through yoga movements and breath. Improve flexibility and encourage a deep state of relaxation. Poses are held to calm the nervous system, relax the mind and promote well-being in the body. All levels of yoga are welcome.

Please read:  Bring a yoga mat and strap to class. Yoga blocks and bolsters are provided. If you want to use an EPIC bolster, please bring a pillowcase or blanket to wrap it in. No class on 10/6 and 11/3.
