Practice the Tai Chi Yang style long-form through a prescribed sequence of second and third set moves. If you have completed one or more Tai Chi I classes, advance to this next level and learn techniques of standing qigong and moving meditation using a light ball to sharpen your balance. This ancient martial arts form promotes relaxation and reduces stress while improving your flexibility, balance and agility.
