Intro to Conversational ASL

Begin learning American Sign Language as it is used locally and across the United States in this immersive, beginner-friendly course. Develop basic conversational skills and everyday phrases in a supportive classroom environment led in partnership with Deaf co-teacher(s). You’ll also explore Deaf culture and etiquette, including respectful communication practices and cultural awareness. This course uses an ASL/Deaf-friendly approach with no spoken English in the classroom to create the most comprehensive and authentic learning experience. No prior experience required.
