Cook and indulge in burrata and tomato tagliatelle, spaghetti with clams from Naples, eggplant parmigiana, baked fish Involtini from Sicily, and Tuscan-style meat spiedini with baked vegetables. Enjoy lemon sherbet with herbs and berries between dishes and finish with fruit salad in limoncello sauce. $45 materials fee
