Transform dinner into an exotic adventure with handcrafted Persian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. Learn to make a vegetarian, gluten-free eggplant appetizer with whey sauce and flavorful herbs, onion, garlic and nuts. Follow that with a decorative salad called oloviyeh with potato, egg, chicken, pickle, fresh peas and a homemade sauce. Move on to an eggplant entrée with meat and tomato sauce and white or brown rice called tah-chin-bademjan. Then provide the perfect finish with Persian sweets like a class baklava.
