CourseGraphic Simple daily rituals can improve your health and happiness. Learn meditation and mindfulness techniques that don’t take a lot of time. Learn to add three rituals to your day - morning gratitude, walking meditation and connection with nature, and evening meditation and reflection.  Benefit from an easy stretching and yoga routine when you rise and before you go to bed.
