Enjoy this introductory class on how to safely and effectively use the Pilates Reformer. Gain the experience and structure you need to be successful if you are new to our Pilates program. Learn the basic principals and vocabulary of the exercises and how the reformer is properly used to avoid injury and maximize fitness outcomes. At the end of this class, your instructor will assess your progress and suggest which of our regular classes you should join. This class consists of 4 weekly, 40-minute sessions.
