CourseGraphic Witness the spectacular geology of this legendary national park for yourself. In this combination lecture and four-day camping adventure, visit ancient rock formations, still-growing geologic features, an earthquake fault, desert landforms and more. Come also for the stunning scenery, rare plants, spring wildflowers and animals. Expand your knowledge of rock hounding and enjoy short, optional hikes deeper into the park. Discuss the geology and biology of both the Mohave Desert and Death Valley and come away with a better appreciation of this magnificent region. Provide your own transportation, tent or camper reservations, food and entrance into the park.
