CourseGraphic Studies show that spending 15 minutes a day outdoors can improve your physical, mental and spiritual well-being. In the spirit of Japan's popular Forest Bathing, practice Shinrin Yuko, breathing, sitting and standing meditations, as well as chi gung and tai chi movements. Feel a deeper connection with nature while you lower your stress and blood pressure.

Please read:  Meet at Galena Creek Park. Wear comfortable shoes preferably with natural soles and a blanket or pillow to sit on if they do not wish to sit on the ground.
