CourseGraphic Gain strength and flexibility using your body weight and movements inspired by yoga, Pilates and more. Low-impact and fluid movements make PiYo a fun way for people of all fitness levels to achieve a higher level of strength, flexibility and balance. The class is usually done barefoot but can be done in athletic shoes if that’s more comfortable for you. To ensure personal attention, this class is open only to the first 10 who register.

Please read:  Wear comfortable workout clothes, shoes optional. Bring your yoga mat if you’d like, but there are plenty available to use at the studio.Bring a water bottle.
