Relax, de-stress and learn to listen to your body by practicing gentle, restorative yoga in a slow and supportive environment. Follow Anusara’s basic Universal Principles of Alignment and focus on slow movement, stretching and strengthening postures as well as meditation. Modifications will be offered for all poses. No prior yoga experience is required.
