Driver Education for Teens Online- Spring 2024

Students between the ages of 15 and 18 must complete 30 hours in a state-approved driver's education class and 50 hours behind the wheel to be eligible for a Nevada driver's license. This online class fulfills the 30 hours in the classroom requirement. Parents are responsible for the 50 hours behind-the-wheel requirement. Students have 60 days from the registration date to complete the course. There are no extensions for those who do not complete the course within 60 days, but they may enroll again, pay the full fee and start over.

Notice

Please read:  Students have 60 days to complete the course. This course requires 30 hours of work in the class and a passing score on the tests. Failure to complete 30 hours or pass the quizzes in the 60 days will require re-registering and repeating the entire class. Students are required to keep a log of hours and submit it upon completion of the class before the certificate will be issued. This is a state of Nevada requirement and must be fulfilled. Students will receive information on how to access the class and set up their username and password in separate emails. Please allow 24-48 hours during business hours for processing. Students must keep a log of their hours to prove that they worked 30 hours in the class. The log must be submitted to the instructor for a certificate to be issued.
