Connect with your body rather than conquering it. Experience reformer Pilates, a method that is friendly on the joints and offers an incredible no-impact stretch and tone workout. Each session features a blend of strength to stretch so one group of muscles is never overworked. Discover a new connection with your mind and body through regular practice of this exercise method, while building lean muscle mass and reducing your stress. You will find this is more than just an exercise class-you will build confidence and evolve your thoughts on body image. No matter your fitness level, you can see visible results from reformer Pilates.
This class includes specific stretching and balancing and exercises and is perfect for people with back, neck and knee pain or injuries. The class will focus more on creating a functional, pain-free body as opposed to focusing on cardio and strength building.
