CourseGraphic Find out how to treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain using myofascial release. Practice relaxing contracted muscles through the superficial fascia and deep fascia to improve blood and lymphatic circulation. Also, stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles. This class is for licensed professionals to obtain CEU's. Must be 18 years or older to take this class.
